When using the services provided by 50deeds.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the website and the services offered by 50deeds.com. It is important to read and understand these terms before using our services.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement ("Agreement") between 50 Deeds LLC ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us") and you ("You" or the "User"). These Terms govern Your use of our web pages and services located at www.50Deeds.com (collectively, the "Service").
By (a) purchasing access to the Service through an online ordering process that references this Agreement, (b) signing up for a free or premium plan for the Service through a screen that references this Agreement, or (c) clicking a box indicating acceptance, you agree to be bound by the Agreement.
If you do not agree with or cannot comply with this Agreement, you may not use the Service. Please read these Terms carefully.

2. Communications

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications from us by:

3. Purchases
​
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including (but not limited to):

Your credit card number and expiration date;

Your billing address;

Your shipping information (if applicable).
You represent and warrant that:
(i) You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and
(ii) The information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
We may employ third-party services to facilitate payment and complete Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide this information to these third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including (but not limited to):

Unavailability of the product or service;

Errors in the description or price of the product or service;

Errors in your order;

Suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or illegal transactions.

4. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by rules separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable Promotion rules and our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

5. Subscriptions
​
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing Cycles are set as either monthly or annual, depending on the Subscription plan you select when purchasing.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless:

You cancel the Subscription; or
-
50 Deeds LLC cancels the Subscription.
A valid payment method (e.g., credit card) is required to process Subscription payments. You shall provide 50 Deeds LLC with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method details. By submitting this payment information, you automatically authorize 50 Deeds LLC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the provided payment instrument.
If automatic billing fails for any reason, 50 Deeds LLC will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must complete payment manually within a specified deadline for the applicable billing period.

6. Free Trial
​
50 Deeds LLC may, at its sole discretion, may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial").
You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for a Free Trial. If you provide billing information during Free Trial sign-up:

You will not be charged by 50 Deeds LLC until the Free Trial expires.

On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you have cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for your selected plan.
50 Deeds LLC reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to:
(i) Modify the Terms governing the Free Trial offer; or
(ii) Cancel the Free Trial offer entirely.

7. Fee Changes
​
50 Deeds LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees and/or Service fees. Any fee change will take effect at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any Subscription fee and/or Service fee change to allow you to terminate your Subscription before the change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the fee change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee.

8. Refunds
​
Except when required by applicable law, paid Subscription fees and/or Service fees are non-refundable. Any other fee/cost/expense paid by us to third-parties are non-refundable also.

9. Content
​
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are solely responsible for any Content you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that:
(i) You own the Content or have the right to use it and to grant us the rights and license set forth in these Terms; and
(ii) Posting the Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright or other intellectual property rights.
You retain all rights to the Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We assume no responsibility or liability for Content posted by you or any third party. However, by posting Content via the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such Content solely for the purpose of making the Service available to you and other authorized users—this license does not allow us to share your Content with other users without your explicit approval.
50 Deeds LLC has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit all user-provided Content.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for:

Spamming: Sending unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise) without prior consent.

Phishing: Sending fraudulent communications to steal personal information (e.g., passwords, financial data).

Malicious Content: Distributing material containing malware, viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

Harassment: Intimidating, threatening, or harassing any individual or group.

Illegal Activities: Engaging in or facilitating any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law.
Additionally, you agree not to:

Use the Service in a way that disables, overburdens, damages, or impairs the Service, or interferes with other users’ ability to use the Service (including real-time activities).

Introduce viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or harmful material.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any connected computers/databases.

Launch a denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack against the Service.

12. No Use By Minors

The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using the Service, you warrant and represent that:

You have the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and abide by all its terms.
If you are under 18, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Service.

13. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that:

You are at least 18 years old; and

The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (e.g., password);

Restricting access to your computer/device and account;

All activities or actions that occur under your account or password (whether authorized by you or not).
You must notify us immediately at admin@50deeds.com if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use a username that:

Belongs to another person/entity or is not lawfully available;

Infringes on the trademarks or rights of a third party (without authorization);
-
Is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove/edit Content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

14. Intellectual Property
​
The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided Content), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of 50 Deeds LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks, trade dress, and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of 50 Deeds LLC.

15. Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to claims that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights ("Infringement") of any person or entity.
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please submit your claim via email to admin@50deeds.com with the subject line: "Copyright Infringement". Include a detailed description of the alleged Infringement (as required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA")—see Section 16 below).
You may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresentation or bad-faith claims of Infringement.

16. DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims

To submit a valid DMCA notification, you must provide our Copyright Agent (reachable at admin@50deeds.com) with the following information in writing (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;

A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed (including the URL where the work exists or a copy of the work);

Identification of the URL or specific location on the Service where the allegedly infringing material is located;

Your full address, telephone number, and email address;

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

A statement (made under penalty of perjury) that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

17. Error Reporting and Feedback

You may provide us with information and feedback concerning errors, improvement suggestions, ideas, problems, complaints, or other matters related to the Service ("Feedback") via email at admin@50deeds.com or through third-party sites/tools. By providing Feedback, you acknowledge and agree that:
(i) You retain no intellectual property or other rights to the Feedback;
(ii) 50 Deeds LLC may already have similar development ideas;
(iii) The Feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of you or any third party;
(iv) 50 Deeds LLC has no obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback.
If transfer of ownership of the Feedback is not possible under applicable law, you grant 50 Deeds LLC and its affiliates an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge, sub-licensable, unlimited, and perpetual right to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, and commercialize the Feedback for any purpose.

18. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by 50 Deeds LLC.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for:

The content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites/services;

The offerings of third-party individuals/entities or their websites.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT 50 DEEDS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED BY OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, GOODS, OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES/SERVICES.
We strongly advise you to read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of any third-party websites/services you visit.

19. Disclaimer Of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY 50 DEEDS LLC ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. 50 DEEDS LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY) REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN.
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY PRODUCTS/SERVICES OBTAINED FROM US IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
NEITHER 50 DEEDS LLC NOR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WARRANTS THAT:

THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES/HARMFUL COMPONENTS;

DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED;

THE SERVICE OR ITS CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR MEET YOUR NEEDS/EXPECTATIONS.
50 DEEDS LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THIS SECTION DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

20. Limitation Of Liability

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, 50 DEEDS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ATTORNEYS’ FEES, LITIGATION COSTS, OR LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE—REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF 50 DEEDS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IF 50 DEEDS LLC IS FOUND LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY REASON, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

21. Termination
​
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason—including (but not limited to) a breach of these Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including (but not limited to) ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

22. Governing Law
​
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia (without regard to its conflict of law provisions).
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 50 Deeds LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements between you and us.

23. Changes To Service
​
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or restrict access to the Service (or any part of it) in our sole discretion, without notice. We will not be liable if the Service (or any part of it) is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all parts of the Service to registered users or specific user groups.

24. Amendments To Terms
​
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on www.50Deeds.com. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms are posted means you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

25. Waiver And Severability
​
No waiver by 50 Deeds LLC of any term or condition in these Terms shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term/condition or a waiver of any other term/condition. Our failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

26. Logo Permission
​
By entering into this Agreement, you (the "Customer") grant 50 Deeds LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use your logo solely for the purpose of promoting and referencing you as a client of 50 Deeds LLC.
We may use your logo on:

Our website (www.50Deeds.com);
-
Marketing materials (e.g., brochures, social media);
-
Case studies;
-
Other promotional content.
We agree to use your logo in a professional manner and in accordance with any brand guidelines you provide. This logo usage right is non-transferable and remains in effect for the duration of this Agreement and any renewal periods, unless terminated by either party in writing.

27. Additional Terms
​
27.1 Acts or Omissions
​
50Deeds.com shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by your acts or omissions, or those of your clients, agents, subcontractors, or employees. Any such delay shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement by 50Deeds.com.

27.2 Fees; Payment Terms
​
You agree to pay all fees as set forth in your request for Services. All fees are exclusive of applicable sales, use, and excise taxes and other governmental charges. Invoices are due and payable within seven (7) days of issuance. Overdue balances shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. You shall reimburse 50Deeds.com for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

27.3 Disclaimer
​
50Deeds.com relies exclusively on information provided by you and does not undertake to verify such information. 50Deeds.com does not perform any title searches or issue any title insurance policies in connection with the Services. 50Deeds.com does not provide legal advice, render legal opinions, or review information for legal sufficiency. You acknowledge and agree that 50Deeds.com is not a law firm and the Services provided do not constitute the practice of law and deed(s) are conveyed subject to any mortgage and all matters of record. You are advised to consult with your own accountant or tax advisor regarding the tax consequences associated the Services provided. No tax advice is being provided by 50Deeds.com, and nothing herein should be construed as such.
27.4 Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and sufficient information necessary for 50Deeds.com to perform the Services, including but not limited to: (i) the names and addresses of current owners, grantors, and grantees; (ii) the legal description of the property; (iii) consideration and mortgage details; (iv) homestead and tax-related information; and (v) the form of conveyance and warranties. You must review and confirm the accuracy of all documents prepared by 50Deeds.com, ensure their proper execution, and confirm recordation with the appropriate authority. 50Deeds.com’s obligations are deemed complete upon delivery of the prepared deed, or upon confirmation of delivery to the recorder’s office, as applicable. You shall be solely responsible for any recording/e-recording fees, real estate transfer taxes or conveyances taxes imposed by County/State, any government authorities, and shall promptly pay such amounts directly or reimburse 50Deeds.com for any payments made on your behalf. Recording/e-recording fees and taxes are subject to change. 50Deeds.com’s service fees do not include any recording/e-recording fees, government fees, real estate transfer taxes and/or conveyance taxes. 50Deeds.com may estimate, collect and pre-pay county recording fee on behalf of you. Important: If the county recording fee is higher than our estimate, you are obligated to reimburse 50deeds.com for the difference between the estimated and actual amount paid to the county.

27.5 Limitation of Liability
​
IN NO EVENT SHALL 50DEEDS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 50Deeds.com’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES.
27.6 Indemnification

You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 50Deeds.com, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your acts, omissions, breach of this Agreement, or use of the Services. No settlement may be entered into without 50Deeds.com’s prior written consent.

27.7 Compliance with Law
​
You shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your obligations under this Agreement, and shall obtain and maintain all necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations.

27.8 Relationship of the Parties
​
The relationship of the parties is that of independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship. You acknowledge that 50Deeds.com does not and shall not provide legal services to you or any third party.

27.9 Assignment
​
You shall not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without 50Deeds.com’s prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
​
27.10 Waiver
​
No waiver by 50Deeds.com of any right or provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by 50Deeds.com. No failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver thereof.

27.11 Notices
​
All notices and other communications must be in writing and delivered to the addresses specified in your request for Services or as otherwise designated by either party in writing. Notices shall be deemed effective only upon actual receipt by the intended party.

27.12 Survival
​
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination of this Agreement, including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law, shall survive indefinitely.

28. Acknowledgement
​
BY USING THE SERVICE OR OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY 50 DEEDS LLC, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
